1. Who we are
Stack Systems LLC ("Stack Systems," "we," "us") provides AI automation consulting services to small businesses, including AI customer support, workflow automation, and revenue growth systems. This policy explains what information we collect through stacksystems.ai and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Contact form submissions — name, email address, business name, and any message you send us.
- Payment information — when you purchase a service (e.g. the Back-Office AI Operations Assessment), payment is processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive confirmation of payment and billing contact details.
- Usage data — basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and site-performance purposes.
- Information shared during an engagement — if you engage us for a paid assessment or project, we collect operational information about your business (e.g. workflows, systems in use, staff interview notes) as needed to deliver the service.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To deliver purchased services (assessments, reports, automations)
- To process payments and maintain business records
- To improve our website and service offerings
- To send you information you've requested (we do not send unsolicited marketing email)
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Stripe, our payment processor, to process transactions
- Service providers who support our operations (e.g. email delivery, hosting), under confidentiality obligations
- Legal authorities if required by law
5. Data retention
We retain contact-form and engagement information for as long as needed to provide services and maintain business/tax records, typically no longer than 7 years, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations to retain business records. Contact us using the details below.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are directed at businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
